The South Western School District will hold regular School Board Meetings in compliance with mandates for indoor gatherings (either face-to-face or virtual format), and the public is welcome to attend. Masking orders must be followed for any face-to-face meetings.
Anyone wishing to address the Board should email their request in advance to: publiccomment@southwesternsd.org. Please indicate in the email if you are planning to attend the meeting so that you can be acknowledged. Any comments submitted through this email will be forwarded to the Board for review.
Please note: Comments from the public will always be welcomed at the end of every Board meeting.
For Virtual Meetings, please email your request for the meeting link to: publiccomment@southwesternsd.org. (Please include first and last name in the email.) Unless otherwise noted, requests for a meeting link will be honored up until thirty (30) minutes prior to the posted start time. Any requests received less than thirty (30) minutes prior to the meeting start time are not guaranteed a response.
