Important Update: New Online Payment System

We have heard the feedback from our families and staff regarding the integration challenges and support limitations of our previous system. Our goal with this move is to provide a more seamless, user-friendly experience for everyone.

We want to announce that we have officially migrated all fees from Revtrak to MySchoolBucks. We recommend all parents get started using the steps below:

  • Download the "MSB Parent, USA" app from your app store or visit myschoolbucks.com

  • Create an account

  • Add a student by choosing the district, school, and inputting the Student ID

    • You can get your child's Student ID from the Sapphire Community Portal

  • Now you can see all outstanding fees

What changed?

  • New Platform: All obligations (Exam Fees, Library Fees, Computer Repairs, etc.) moved to MySchoolBucks.

  • Mobile Access: Parents can now download the MySchoolBucks mobile app for convenient on-the-go payments.

  • Better Communication: Improved automated alerts and notifications for new invoices.

What is NOT Changing?

To keep things simple, certain specific activities will remain on their current platforms.

  • High School Cap & Gown purchases

  • Dollars for Scholars

  • Scheduled Vanco Events activities

  • Mustang Depot School Store

  • SchoolCafe will remain the main meal payment system

Important Dates & Transitions

RevTrak will be turned OFF for all district obligations.

April 25–26

Data migration period (Systems offline).

April 27, 2026

MySchoolBucks goes LIVE. Parents may begin submitting payments.

** Please note: SchoolCafe will remain the same. All meal payments will continue to be done in SchoolCafe.
