Important Update: New Online Payment System
To better serve our community, the South Western School District will be transitioning our online payment platform from RevTrak to MySchoolBucks, effective April 27, 2026.
We have heard the feedback from our families and staff regarding the integration challenges and support limitations of our previous system. Our goal with this move is to provide a more seamless, user-friendly experience for everyone.
What is Changing?
New Platform: All obligations (Exam Fees, Library Fees, Computer Repairs, etc.) will move to MySchoolBucks.
Mobile Access: Parents can now download the MySchoolBucks mobile app for convenient on-the-go payments.
Better Communication: Expect improved automated alerts and notifications for new invoices.
What is NOT Changing?
To keep things simple, certain specific activities will remain on their current platforms. You will continue to use Vanco Events for:
High School Cap & Gown purchases
Dollars for Scholars
Scheduled Vanco Events activities

RevTrak will be turned OFF for all district obligations.

Data migration period (Systems offline).
April 27, 2026
MySchoolBucks goes LIVE. Parents may begin submitting payments.
** Please note: SchoolCafe will remain the same. All meal payments will continue to be done in SchoolCafe.
