'THE SERIES' - ARTIST OPENING RECEPTION - MAY 18, 2024 --- It will be held at the former Bank of Hanover, 25 Carlisle Street, Hanover, PA - on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 6-8 PM. Additional Hours: Sunday, 11 AM-2 PM; Monday, 4:30-6 PM; Wednesday, 4:30-6 PM.

Due to the timing of the Solar Eclipse - The South Western School District will be dismissing students early on April 8, 2024.
Elementary students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM.
Middle School and High School students will be dismissed at 1:30 PM.
Lunches will be served to students before dismissal.
Schools and Offices will be Closed - March 28, 29 and April 1.

The South Western School District Board of School Directors approved the tentative adoption of the 2024-2027 Special Education Plan at the February 28, 2024 regular Board meeting. The Plan will be recommended for final adoption at the March 27, 2024 regular meeting. https://5il.co/2fqv1

On January 29, 2024 - State Representative Kate Klunk and State Senator Kristin Phillips-Hill presented our Marching Mustangs Band Members with a citation for their 2023 Cavalcade of Bands Championship.
Congratulations to Hannah Bell and Jack Smith who represented South Western in the PMEA District 7 Chorus. Through this event, they both qualified for the regional level!
